Bree was born and raised her @ Double B and sold to Sarah. Bree has been to shows in the AOB Class in Louisiana and won Grand Champion Shown by her owner Sarah Kennedy . This was at LUS State Live Stock Show 2016

This makes me so proud to be the breeder of RDB BREE & the Breeder of MDK KC's Nightingale Dam RDB KITTY (RDB KITTY doe kid on left) that Kelli Marie Fogarty Kennedy bought from us . Then RDB BREE % Buck kid won Grand Champion Percentage Buck with KC's The Bruce... 2017 St. Tammany Parish Livestock Show. . Bree won AOB Grand Champion Doe & MDK KC's Nightingale won AOB Rev Grand Champion doe

Our goal is to produce quality Savanna Goats, Not just quantity . Our small Family Farm allows us time to watch and evaluate the goats as they grow and mature. We strive to improve the genetics of our goats and produce the highest Quality Savanna's. We are Very picky in selecting the goats we chose for our farm. Around here we cull hard, We do not sale  goats to anyone if they don't fit the Breed standards of the Savanna if not met they go to slaughter..

Our Pedigree of Savanna's include DLR Shombay, DLR Husani, JSC 49, W&W #N04, JSC # 13, JSC #24, DLR 20, DSU Cilliers #15, DLR Bravehart, Now as of July 2011 we added New Blood Line to our Herd of Savann's 4C, CC, , NJW, Kerri Rose, JSC #22 Born in S.A.  After talking to the other Savanna Breeders  where we bought our Savannas from our bloodlines are  offspring from ORIGINAL herd  that were bought in the late 90's from the Sale in Texas..


Breed Standards of the Savanna Goat
CHARACTERISTICS
:   Fertile with good mother instincts, Females give birth in the open and bond well with their kids.
:   Multipal births
:   Good growth form the surrounding forage.
:   Balanced carcass with little fat and tender meat.
:   Very good at searching for food, good grazers, utilize grasses well and effective control of brush & weeds.
:   Well Pigmented
:   Parasite resistance/ tolerant
:   Heat & Cold tolerant
:   Level temperament, easy care with a maximum  profit

We also have on the farm Good Quality  Savanna's / Boer cross Goats.  All of our Goat's are pasture raised & have fresh water, loose mineral at all times 
The bucklings are weaned @ 3 months of age  the Doe are weaned @ 3 1/2 All of our Savanna's are Registered with Pedigree International.
